X Belt is not a generalist shop that says yes to everything. We work in four desks, and each one has a clear job.

Software: we design and build web, apps, servers, and APIs. Product: admin panels, user flows, and the tools a team uses every day. Graphics: logo, identity, motion, and the look of the site and the product. Growth: the site, the path that brings customers in, and reporting you can decide from.

You do not have to split the work across four vendors. One group, four desks, one standard. If a piece is weak, it does not ship.
